are the trademarks of the owner and creator of the RandomMouse.com web site
(namely Stephen J. Carter). The RandomMouse.com domain name has been registered
with Network Solutions since November 15, 1998 and accessible via an
Internic "Whois" query since that date.
The trademarks Random Mouse and Random Mouse Software
have also been displayed publicly on the World Wide Web from this site since
December 28, 1998. As such, use of these marks is protected by trademark law
and no use of the Random Mouse
business mark is permitted without express permission of its owner, and in
no instance may it be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion
among consumers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Random Mouse Software.
This notice is an explicit declaration of the claim to trademark
implicitely declared by the common usage of the term Random Mouse
as the business mark of this company.
