Review Foundry is currently written as a CGI application, but it is anticipated that in the near future it will be made compatible with the Apache::Registry module of mod_perl. This will bring speed improvements for the interactive parts of the application.

Even when Review Foundry becomes mod_perl compatible, building static pages (which you can do now) will reduce your server load the greatest, and offer the fastest page loading for non-interactive pages.
